Tata Power-DDL organizes Annual Business Associates (BA) Meet where the representatives of its business associates get to meet the top management. These meets are the means to develop a cordial relation with the BAs outside the reigns of work pressure. It is an absolutely open platform where business associates can voice their views and share their feedback. Tata Power-DDL also organises Annual Business Associates Sports Meet where BAs along with their family members participate in various sports activities such as races, Tug-of-war, Kabaddi etc.
The 11th Business Associates Meet was organised on 20th March 2021. Mr Ganesh Srinivasan, CEO – Tata Power-DDL, was the Chief Guest of the event. The meet was graced by the presence of senior leadership members of Tata Power-DDL. Among the present were Chief (Commercial) - Mr Dwijadas Basak, Head (Operations & Safety) - Mr Subrata Das, Head (Network Service & Quality) - Mr Rajesh Bahl, Head (Business Development, Contracts & Stores) - Mr Y S Butola along with the other dignified leadership members.
