


Terms & Conditions
- No CFA will be provided to non-residential segments of consumers (including government segment, commercial and industrial segment etc.).
- The GHS/RWA connection eligible under the scheme shall be dedicated only for common facilities and should not be utilized for providing electricity supply to residential consumers within the GHS/RWA.
- The solar plant should meet the technical specification. (Eg. Use of non-DCR modules in any form in the installation shall make the installation ineligible for Central Financial Assistance.)

Pre-existing RTS – (1) Increased installation size shall be
eligible for additional CFA under the current scheme only
for the balance capacity up to 3 kW of overall RTS plant
size. (Eg. Any customer with 1 KW Solar plant, increasing
plant size to 3 KW shall be eligible for CFA for difference
2 KW only and thereof as per applicable scheme.)
(2) Already installed rooftop solar is shifted/relocated to a new location, such a system shall not be eligible for CFA under the scheme. - Registered consumer of DISCOM getting Solar Plant installed will only be eligible for CFA.
- Consumer should have an active bank account for availing CFA.
- The Solar Plant request has to be processed and registered through MNRE National Portal only. https://pmsuryaghar.gov.in/#/
- 1kW of solar plant installation requires 10 sqm (approx. 100sq feet) of area.

- Solar Calculator: The benefits calculated are based on estimates and should be considered indicative rather than final figures.
- Monthly Avg. Consumption: The consumption is average consumption of the bills generated in last one year from today’s date.
- Monthly Avg. Bill: The bill is on average consumption as per current tariff for last one month from today’s date.
- Solar Details & Benefits: The benefits are derived on the basis of solar load selected and applicable government policies.
- Solar Monthly Generation: Estimated solar generation on certain assumptions regarding system maintenance and performance.
- Solar Savings: Solar savings are derived on certain assumptions regarding energy generation, current tariff, and system performance.
