Job Description
Preparation of financial statements of the Company as per the requirements of Companies Act, Indian Accounting standards and other applicable laws, within the designated timelines. To coordinate with respective departments for collection of information required for disclosure in the financial statements. The financial data received from respective departments shall be collated and disclosed in the financial statements in conformity with laid laws and regulations.
To prepare/finalize all audit schedules and financial information and facilitate the same to auditors of the Company thereby ensuring smooth closure of all audit requirements before the conclusion of audit.
To perform executory work for implementation of new accounting standards and relevant laws.
To prepare deliverables as
per the requirements of Company’s Board of Directors, management and other
internal/external stakeholders within the stipulated timelines.
Responsibility:
Knowledge and Skills Required
1) Expert knowledge of company accounts & all the accounting transactions to verify and provide feedback on auditor's presentation to be presented in audit committee meeting (ACM)
2) Knowledge of accounting standards as per Companies Act, 2013.
3) Continuing professional knowledge on notes, circulars, guidance notes, references issued by MCA/ICAI.
4) Moderate knowledge of Taxation rules Basic knowledge of various regulations & orders issued by DERC"
5) Expert knowledge to summarize financial position & financial ratios
6) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, power point & operating SAP transactions/reports. In depth knowledge of analytical tools. Ability to conduct in depth analysis and share insights for facilitating decisions.

to compare reporting & disclosure in financial statement with peers &
also ensure that all the statutory requirements are met.

Additional Information: CA Freshers are welcome to apply. All academic qualifications must be obtained with a minimum of 60% in regular mode & 50 % in CA. Selection Process: Eligible candidates will undergo a selection process, which may include a Written Test and/or Personal Interview, as applicable.
