Job Description
HR Business Partner is a facilitator in connecting with employees at all levels and strengthening functions to carry out their jobs more efficiently and effectively. HRBPs are responsible for handling HR-related issues of employees, addressing them by taking the respective function in the loop and proactive response to the employee regarding the status of the issue.
Responsibility:
Key Responsibilities:

Partnering with business functions and ensure implementation of employee engagement
& wellness related strategic initiatives.
·
To be the first point of contact for and establish a strong association
through regular connect, communication and collaboration with employees as well
as line Managers in their area / function of responsibility.
·
To facilitate employees in understanding various Employee Benefit
policies through policy dissemination sessions and HR processes to ensure quick
resolution of queries / grievances received through HR Connect, VoE, VIBES,
Open House Sessions & one-on-one employee discussions.
·
To facilitate & support line functions to manage resources
effectively and if need be, proposal of Transfers, Job Rotation, Training recommendations,
R&R nominations etc. should be put up for the betterment of employees as
well as line function of their area / function of responsibility.

To work in collaboration with other HR verticals and extend proactive
support w.r.t. Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Job Rotations & Transfers,
Performance Management, Reward & Recognition etc. to ensure implementation
in collaboration with respective Functional Chiefs & Heads.
·
To organize Decentralised Reward & Recognition ceremonies, facilitating
processing of Departmental Get-Together and cultural events to ensure a culture
of appreciation, team building and celebrations in the organization.
·
To organize/support Companywide initiatives related to Employee
engagement, DEI, Employee Wellness, Welfare, Sports, Cultural events, etc., and
ensure maximum participation from their respective functions.
·
To provide support to employee in case of any eventuality – Medical
Emergency & Death cases.
·
To coordinate and liaison with internal stakeholders (Facility Management,
Corporate communication etc.) for support during event management/ conducting
ceremonies.
·
To coordinate & negotiate with external parties (Vendors / Agencies)
for costs, quality services and timely delivery.
·
To track & monitor utilization of the approved budget for rewards,
ceremonies / events and miscellaneous expenses, and maintain monthly MIS.
· To extend support based on Senior Leadership guidance & organizational requirements.
Knowledge and Skills Required:

Strong oral communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and
effectively, address audience, compere events, give effective presentations.
·
Written communication: Ability to draft written documents like emails,
circulars, contracts, etc. for internal and external communication, make
effective presentations/communications by using creative designing tools like
Canva etc.
·
Interpersonal Skills including active listening, empathy, emotional
intelligence and collaboration, the ability to build rapport with diverse mindsets
of employees
·
Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving
workplace issues / complaints / disputes effectively.
·
Expert knowledge of Employee benefit policies, HR processes &
employment laws.
·
Negotiation skills to liaison with internal & external stakeholders
to ensure win-win outcomes and value-added results.
·
Event management skills: Ability to effectively organize and manage
events.
·
Analytical skills: Ability to prepare various MIS reports, and data as
per requirement of senior management, various departments and stakeholders.
