| >The
Site engineer is responsible for metering activities in field with zero
defect installation and safety. >Timely execution of cases ensuring adherence to P.A. timelines, Smart meter installation for HCB consumers (Single Phase Whole Current Meters) as per defined SOP(s) and Work instructions. >To ensure installation of PA and Non-PA cases as per defined timeline as per Performance Assurance and SLA’s for HCB consumers. >To ensure the availability of PPE’s, tools etc. during VAN audit every day before starting the day. >To ensure work in field w.r.t. MMG 2.0 App, coordination with Zones ,BA s CEG etc for smooth operation at site. >Managing one or two loading vans ( BA teams) as per directions given by team leader/HoG >To work on safety through Annual Safety Plan and ensure compliance of safety measures as per H.I.R.A, JSA, taking primary shutdown with proper safety zone & PTW booklet and instant reporting of safety related issues like Near miss, unsafe site conditions, unsafe pole etc. in Suraksha portal and active participation in fostering safety culture and ensure zero accident. >To perform other metering/commercial activities allocated by management based on Organizational requirements. |
Responsibility:
>Degree/Diploma
(Electrical) with minimum 03 years of experience.

Skills /Competencies Required: 1. Ability to identify Tampered events, Meter connections, 2. Knowledge and skills of using PPE, Firefighting equipment’s for all categories and its application. Basic skills of using tools. Ability to conduct safety audit and inspection at site and vehicle. Knowledge of reporting mechanism, 3. Complete Knowledge of PTW Guidelines - Understanding of Safety procedure of Equipment isolation and Earthing, 4. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point 2. Skills to Generate report, communication.
