Tata Power Delhi Distribution has re-launched its popular 'Pay Bill & Win' scheme to recognize and reward consumers who make timely payments of their electricity bills & clearance of all due bills before 30th September 2019.
The lucky consumers stand a chance win exciting prizes like LED TVs, Air & Water Purifiers, Mobile Phones, Paytm Cash Back etc. A computerized lucky draw of all eligible consumers will be held on completion of the scheme to choose the winners. The winners will be notified through SMS, phone call, e-mail and a list will also be published on company's official website.
To promote digital mode of bill payment and E- bills, special prizes will be there for consumers making payment through online or digital mode.
Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Sanjay Banga, CEO, Tata Power-DDL said, "At TATA Power-DDL, we keep coming up with innovative initiatives in order to encourage consumers to make timely bill payments. Tata Power-DDL has been an active promoter of Digital Payments and has seen an increase in the digital payments with an increase from 44.7% in March 2018 to 60.8% in Aug 2019. The trends are expected to increase to 70% in the tenure of the FY 19-20. Tata Power-DDL now, also has a dedicated Digital counter at its customer care centres.
