NOTE:-
1. Any document registered by any state like Punjab or U.P. is acceptable
2. IF Documents are in language other than HINDI or ENGLISH then it has to be translated through gd.
Translator in Court.
3. If property is mortgaged with Bank->A bank letter (mentioning the name of owner /Proper address/ type
of property papers & purpose of loan with loan no.) along with photocopy of property papers is required.
4. If documents are mortgaged in any authority issued by govt. like Thrift & Housing Co-operative
Society same can be accepted
5. Whenever owner of the property has expired and All the legal heirs decided to give rights on property to
one of the legal heir that is called Relinquishment Deed.
6. If there is any tampering /over writing in property papers then Rectification Deed on Rs.50/-
stamp paper is required (sign of Seller/legal heir of the seller And Buyer's) (IF Seller is not available
then an ID BOND on Rs. 100 stamp paper along with Rectification deed is required

If Property papers are in joint name and applicant is unable to provide NOC from Co-owners then he can provide ID
bond on Rs. 100 stamp paper (format from CCC)

|
If Owner is in Foreign then an AUTHORITY LETTER verified by CONSOLATE GENERAL from the particular embassy will be required. |

In case Tenant is an applicant |

a) NOC from Landlord on Rs. 10 stamp paper is required along with proof of ownership of landlord. b) Valid Lease/Rent Agreement ( Rs. 50 Stamp Paper) |

In case of Industrial Connection (any of the following) |
|
|
a) Valid Industrial License approved by MCD/ Lal Dora Certificate in case of rural areas. b) Provisional License can be accepted but only in case of confirming IP areas. |

NOTE :- IP Connection can be given only in the name of IP Licensee's /Co. 's name) |

In case of Agricultural Connection |
|
|
a) Certificate of Residence from Block Development Officer (BDO). (Should not be old more than 3 years) b) No Objection Certificate from Development Commissioner/Block Development Officer for tube well. |

If connection has been applied for Khokha/temp. structure (Should be in applicant's name) |
|
|
a) TehBazaari receipt + MCD Allotment Letter (if sold then Full back chain) b) No Objection Certificate for Khokha/Temporary Structure from Municipal Corporation of Delhi/ Delhi
Development Authority/ Land Owning Agency.

In case of HRB Consumer |
|
|
Pan Card is mandatory. |

In case of of Village Area/JJ cluster/colony if Proof of ownership is not available (any of the following) |

a) MLA Letter or Same address ID proof is required |
|

b) Lal Dora Certificate from MLA + Other address ID proof is required |
|

c) Ration Card of the applied address + Other address ID proof is required |

d) Fard or Khatauni |

e) Mutation Letter from MCD with indemnity bond can be accepted. |

If connection has been applied for extended portion/5th floor or height more than 15 mtrs |

a) Undertaking /Cum Affidavit (Rs. 10 stamp paper) authorized Owner. – Only when there is no construction
on top of 4th floor like toilet / room etc.

b) Firefighting certificate or NOC from Chief Fire Officer (CFO) – only when there is complete residential
construction on top of 4th floor
|
|
|
c) Registered Architect certificate is required with respect to Entire building height and Building plan.
This requirement is for every floor application |

If connection has been applied in the name of a FIRM |
