Its  consumers can now instantly receive their latest duplicate bills by just sending a message from their registered number on company’s WhatsApp Number – 7303482071. 

The feature has been introduced with an aim to ensure consumer safety wherein they can avail e-bills instantly and smoothly amidst the lockdown.

In order to get the duplicate bill, Tata Power-DDL consumers will have to save Tata Power-DDL’s WhatsApp Number in their contacts and send a message from their registered contact number typing – BILL <SPACE> <11 DIGIT CA NUMBER> to  WhatsApp Number – 7303482071. 

For Example:  BILL 600XXXXXXX9

This service comes in addition to the option for consumers to get their duplicate e-bills by various other mediums such as – TPDDL Connect Mobile App, Website www.tatapower-ddl.com or by calling Call Centre on 19124 (Toll Free Number).

The company also urges its consumers to opt for digital modes for payment of their electricity bills (through e-wallets, UPI, Company’s Mobile App or Website) from the confines of their homes while they practice social distancing. And also, make the most of e-bill feature on WhatsApp, this will help in ensuring secure and timely delivery of bills to consumers.
